  Our well-beingness is defined by many aspects; a very powerful one is how deeply we embrace our humanity and physical body while we recognize our innate Divinity on every level and in any form.

  The oceanic Essence of our True Nature is present in every molecule of our being, dwelling deeply in Divine Perfection, Divine Harmony, Pristine Awareness and Divine Fulfillment. Within us lies the infinite capacity of creative ingenuity to manifest an authentic, sovereign, joyous, nurturing and boundless life. This also includes the inherent ability of our physical body’s intelligence to restore, rejuvenate and maintain cellular vitality and harmony.

  We are here to realize the practical living of our essential, awakened nature and engage with life and others from the wholeness and immediacy of our Primordial Heart and Being.

  Each Well-Being class is designed to support the individual participant in the ongoing journey of Consciousness Change, Ascension, Awakening and Restoration of Self-Healing, Unity with the body, the birthing of the creative Genius within, Communion with the Divine and inner Wisdom, Vitality, Harmony and so forth.

  We will come together in Presence and commune as Presence……….

   Some classes will address the uniqueness of children & teenagers (indigo, psychic, rainbow, golden, etc) regarding parenting, nutrition, their effect on society, and so on.

  You can sign up for a single class or multiple classes. A recording of the class will be available for an additional cost.

PARENTING A NEW PARADIGM
This is a class to create communion and foster a dialog between people of all ages. The parent-care giver- guardian role is rapidly changing, leaving so many adults behind in confusion, overwhelm, isolation, guilt, grief, fear, and so on. The same is true for many children and teenagers, caught in the systems of society. The evolutionary gap between generations is increasing, inviting all of society to reevaluate the patterns and perceptions of our collective reality. During our time together, we will explore the dynamics of how and why children step out of their innate, immaculate essential nature. This will also initiate an emerging awareness of your inherent knowingness regarding how to support your children to be in this world without anchoring into dysfunction. It is time to co-create with our children from the simplicity of the heart, mindfully listening to everybody’s truth and acting accordingly, in order to stop the cycle of ignorance, suffering and avoidance.

Our physical body is at least 70% water (like Mother Earth!). Like any body of water, an innate rhythm of infinite life lays within its fluid structure. The retreat house has small single bedrooms, shared

bathrooms, a meditation room, a dining room and a small

reading room. All meals are provided.

The abbey sits in a beautiful valley and is only surrounded

by nature.

You’ll receive directions upon registration.

COST: $290/Person for the weekend.
